Tis "Katrina Van Tassel" of Ichabod Crane aka The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
Many don't know of it or remember, but this was always a definate rental when I was young. It's funny and spooky. At least from a kids POV.
I always loved her design, and after looking at pictures of her after years I fell in love with her design again. She's actually quite busty compared to other disney created females. Jessica Rabbit still beats out, but surprising none the less.
Also after re watching it, I noticed I'm not quite fond of her attitude completely...she's somewhat "coy" and plays hard to catch and teases and uses the men. So...yes, not the best "qualities" in a person but all around she is still rather sweet.
I gotta say as well, the headless horseman is still seriously one of disney's best designed villains. Add that and his maniacal laugh and I still get a shiver.
Her design slightly reminds me of "Cinderella" at least facially and in hair. Which makes sense since this short movie came a year before Cindy did. Maybe they borrowed concepts while working on both?
